Overview
We believe privacy is a right, not an afterthought. JRC Services does not use advertising trackers, sell your data, or share your information with any party beyond what is described below.
This policy applies to information collected through the JRC Services website and any communications you initiate with us. By using this site you agree to the practices described here.
Data We Collect
We only collect information you actively provide to us:
- Contact form submissions: your name, email address, the service you're interested in, and the message you write.
- Email correspondence: any messages you send directly to our email address.
The contact form opens your email client with your details pre-filled — no data is transmitted to our servers. We do not collect browsing data, device fingerprints, IP addresses (beyond what Cloudflare logs as infrastructure), or any other passive data. There are no analytics scripts on this site.
How We Use Your Data
Information you submit through the contact form is used solely to:
- Respond to your enquiry
- Provide the services you've requested
- Follow up on an existing conversation
We will never use your details to send unsolicited marketing, share them with advertisers, or sell them to any third party.
Third-Party Services
We use a minimal set of third-party services, all chosen with privacy in mind:
Cloudflare. This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and protected by Cloudflare's network. Cloudflare processes request data as part of delivering and securing the site (DDoS protection, WAF). See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
Tuta (Tutamail). We receive and send email through Tuta, an end-to-end encrypted email service based in Germany. Emails stored in Tuta are encrypted at rest. Tuta does not scan email content for advertising.
Cookies & Tracking
This website does not use:
- Advertising or retargeting cookies
- Analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Plausible, etc.)
- Social media tracking pixels
- Session recording tools
The only browser storage used is sessionStorage to remember if you have dismissed the WhatsApp chat button during your current browser session. This value is never transmitted to any server and is cleared automatically when you close the tab.
Data Retention
Contact form enquiries are retained for as long as necessary to handle your request and any follow-up communication. Once a matter is resolved and no ongoing relationship exists, correspondence is deleted.
You may request deletion of any data we hold about you at any time by emailing us directly (see Contact section below).
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights including:
- Access — Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure — Request that we delete your data.
- Portability — Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection — Object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Security
All data in transit is protected by TLS. The site is served exclusively over HTTPS via Cloudflare. Email at rest is end-to-end encrypted through Tuta. We apply DNSSEC, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to protect against email spoofing.
Despite these measures, no internet transmission can be guaranteed 100% secure. If you have particularly sensitive information to share, please indicate this and we can arrange an alternative secure channel.
